V.I.O. POV 1.5 Helmet Camera

V.I.O. POV 1.5 Camera – waterproof, dustproof and shock resistant wearable point-of-view camera
The V.I.O. POV 1.5 Camera is a bit different from the other helmet cameras reviewed so far. The POV camera is made up of 2 units, the camera head and a recorder, which are connected by a small cable. This is a good thing because the camera head is very light and compact, but a bummer since you need to stow the recorder in your jacket, backpack, or somewhere else.
Unlike the other helmet cams, the POV has an LCD screen to you can view your videos on the go. With a 110-degree field of view, the POV records a wide angle view with resolutions up to 720 x 480. The entire system is dustproof, shockproof, and waterproof so you can record video anywhere your adventures lead.
The POV 1.5 system includes a camera mount for easy attachment to bike or ski helmets, a wireless remote to start or stop recording from afar, and software for editing and managing your videos. There are also many accessories available for the POV like a carry pouch, lens shield, and additional mounts to attach to bike handlebars or kayaks.
