I have always been a fan of using my Therm-a-rest sleeping pad as a camp chair, bus pillow, bench cushion, and more. I was excited when I found out about the Therma-a-rest seat cushion, but I was even more excited when I found out about the Therm-a-Rest Trekker Lounge Chair.

The Therm-a-Rest Trekker Lounge Chair is a combination of two great products; the Therm-a-rest sleeping pad and the classic backpacking style chair.

Because the Therm-a-Rest Trekker Lounge Chair is also a sleeping pad, there is more than enough padding to make the backpacking style chair. What this means is that you can fold the excess padding over to create a super comfy camp seat. Or if the grounds a little damp or cold, keep the extra padding unfolded and use it to keep you dry.

The Therm-a-Rest Trekker Lounge Chair isn’t actually a sleeping pad. It’s sleeve like product that slips over many therm-a-rest pads to convert them into the camp chair. The removable back support stays on the sleeve eliminate the need to remove the mattress for packing and sleeping.
