Virgin America (.com) Crash Landing

After all this Virgin America hype about being able to buy tickets at special prices, VirginAmerica.com has been nothing but a crash-landing for me. One might think that doing some additional QA and ramping up web servers in the initial days to handle the probably huge flux of traffic they’ve been subject to would be a good idea. Now if only they could actually sell tickets.

But who could fault them? They’re in virgin territory, after all. (What a hideous pun that was!)
