Travel Tripod for Your Camera

For tenacious, stick-anywhere tripod grip, choose the gorillapod. (No doubt soon to be renamed because of Apple) looking like a cross between anorexic monkey fingers and weird kid’s toys, this ingenous invention can hold your camera safe on most surfaces.

Joby’s giving you a choice of two, the regular gorillapod or the gorillapod SLR. Obviously the SLR version is for larger cameras, including SLRs and even digital camcorders while the smaller gorillapod is more suited towards smaller, lighter point-and-shoots.

Gorillapods are available many places including your local Best Buy, but we’d appreciate it if you buy one from out advertisers for sure. Prices range from about $22 to $49 (street) depending on the size you choose.
