Pacific Outdoor Equipment Uber-Lite Sleeping Pad - The name says it all.

Is it just me or is it that the lighter sleeping pads get, the smaller they get? How long will it be before we just end up sleeping on the ground again? I guess if you are a super lightweight packer, you probably already sleep on the ground. For those of you who aren’t hardcore lightweight packers, but do want to save a few ounces, then you may want to look into the Pacific Outdoor Equipment Uber-Lite Sleeping Pad.

The Pacific Outdoor Equipment Uber-Lite Sleeping Pad is a three season sleeping pad that offers insulation and padding only where you need it. This strategically placed insulation and padding helps to keep the weight down to the bare minimum. So, just how much does the Pacific Outdoor Equipment Uber-Lite Sleeping Pad weigh? The pad barely tips the scales at a mere nine ounces.

Packing up into about a 5 x 8 in. size, the Pacific Outdoor Equipment Uber-Lite Sleeping Pad is small enough even for a day pack. It may be important to note that the shoulder section of the Pacific Outdoor Equipment Uber-Lite Sleeping Pad has a slightly lower R-rating than the torso section.

The quick & dirty:

Where you can get one:
REI: $60

Why they rock:

  • Three-season self-inflating pad insulates and supports your core to keep you warm and comfortable after a long day on the trail
  • Tough diamond-ripstop nylon shell protects against abrasion, punctures and tears
  • Repair kit included
  • Weight: 9 ounces
  • Pack Size: 5 x 8

Seat-of-the-pants rating: 9 out of 10

Personally, I only use these half sized sleeping pads for anything other than winter camping. I mean, how much padding and insulation do your feet really need? The Pacific Outdoor Equipment Uber-Lite Sleeping Pad provides all the insulation and padding you need for a comfortable nights sleep.

Hi everyone here,

I have started a new shopping portal - www.topestore.com where I have made my all endeavors to keep the prices highly competitive. At here, you can find wide variety of camping equipment, camping furniture, tent and other sporting goods. Let me know what you think about it and anything I should add. I would thank the community here for their suggestion/advices. Please do not consider this is a spam.

Prashant
