Outdoor Research NightHaven – A awesome tarp tent.

The best part of the Outdoor Research NightHaven is that you get light weight of a tarp, but many of the luxuries of a two person tent. The Outdoor Research NightHaven is a great shelter to carry with you even if you don’t plan on using. It has such a compact carrying size and weighs next to nothing. So even if you don’t plan on using it, you can pack it for emergency uses without weighing your pack down.

The Outdoor Research NightHaven takes up little space. The entire tarp shelter packs up to about the size of a one liter bottle. The unit its self weighs only two pounds. To keep the weight to a minimum, the Outdoor Research NightHaven uses two trekking poles to set up.

Made with an ultra silky, ripstop nylon that’s coated with polyurethane inside and silicone out, the Outdoor Research NightHaven sheds water and helps conserve heat. For use in warmer weather, the Outdoor Research NightHaven also features a adjustable canopy, mesh rear panel, and mesh vent zips.
