Mountain Khakis Flannel Lined Mountain Pants

Mountain Khakis Men’s Flannel-Lined Mountain Pant – super durable and rugged mountain pants

Mountain Khakis Flannel-Lined Mountain Pants are super tough on the outside, but super soft on the inside. The duck canvas outer is extremely durable and resists abrasions, plus it is triple stitched in high stress areas for even more rugged durability. The “mud flap” reinforced heel cuffs enhance abrasion resistance at the place you need it most. The flannel lining is nice and soft and adds a bit of extra warmth when you’re out belaying or chopping wood in cold weather.

These pants are made to move. A diamond-shaped action gusset allows for freedom of movement and lets you high step during a winter bouldering session. They are definitely not lightweight though, but they weren’t necessarily designed to be.

Chris, the tester guy, really liked liked the hidden front pocket. He liked that it was nice an deep a that he could keep his iPod separate from the main pocket. He was also a big fan of the wide belt loops.

Oh how I wish they made these for women! I’ve previously raved about the hardcore-ness of the Mountain Khakis Alpine Utility Pants and would love to add these flannel-lined babies to my mountain woman pants collection. These pants exude both style and durability and are sure to adapt to any mountain scene from chilling by the campfire to ice fishing, sledding, and working on your mountainside dream log cabin.
