Ear Plugs will Change your Life

earplugs.jpgWe’ve all been there before. You are on the road staying in a strange hotel and the noise from the traffic outside keeps you awake all night. Or maybe you are staying in a youth hostel and the dude in the bunk above you snores like a great white whale. Or perhaps you are camping and the crows start to squawk at 4:12 am. The NOISE, the god awful NOISE.

Sleep is important, people. A tired traveler is a grumpy traveler.

The solution is quite simple and quite cheap: ear plugs. For $5 you can purchase some top quality ear plugs that will block out unwanted noise and help you enjoy a good night’s sleep. I take mine everywhere. Just be careful that you don’t do this.

Don’t use foam. Get Mac’s silicone earplugs. They stay in better and are “customizable” to the shape of your ear. Plus, they come in a handy, reusable plastic container.
