Airis T620 PDA with GPS

Airis T620 PDA with built in GPS is just now hitting the market, and we’ve found an in-stock place you can buy it, for only $249.95 at an introductory price. Regular will be $399.95.

The T620 features full PDA functionality based on Windows Mobile 5 and includes GPS and WiFi capability. This means you can probably install any Windows Mobile software that can take advantage of the GPS for personal navigation, both outdoors and around town. I don’t think we need to explain what you can do with WiFi - let’s just say it has something to do with that Internet thingy.

Other features include blutooth, MMC/SD card slot, mini-USB connection and a headphone jack.

This could truly be a great flashpacker or business travel gadget.
